The food was amazing, but the service was even better! We ordered pickup through ChowNow, but when we arrived, we were told their ChowNow system wasn’t working and they never received our order. We had a confirmation email and saw the pending charge on our card, so they immediately began preparing our order for us.
While we were waiting, I got a text saying the order had been canceled and the funds would be refunded, so we paid the store directly instead. Robert was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the entire interaction. There was never any question about whether we paid—just an immediate solution, and he even threw in a small treat for the inconvenience.
The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. Between the great meal and the exceptional staff, I highly recommend making this your go-to spot!
