Excellent Service with our server, David Nunez. Great suggestions by him. Stuffed crab meat shrimp as appetizer, bacon wrapped mozzarella served with a side of Lobster Bisque soup and tuna tartare with avocado. Scallops served with a asparagus and creamy risotto was delicious as entrees. Meal ended with a Creme Brulee topped with sliced strawberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Great experience all around.Parking: Valet parking available.

Came here with some friends for the first time. A pleasant atmosphere upon entry, and you are surrounded by caricature paintings of famous people. We were seated in a nice dining nook, which gave some privacy away from the main dining area. For appetizers, we had the cherrywood smoked bacon, which presented itself as single slice with amazing aroma and flavor and we also had the tuna tartare. For the main course, I had their dry-aged New York Strip as well as the creamed spinach and roasted wild mushrooms for sides. The steak was cooked medium, and a portion of the cut needed to be supplemented with some steak sauce, which was a bit of a disappointment when it shouldn't be needed.

They charge $8 for valet parking, found a spot but had to drive around for 5 min. Food came out quick but too many staff members kept coming over to table and interrupting our dinner. They were attentive but it was too much. Waiter didn't seem to pay attention to detail. Asked for no lime in my Tequilla and I got one, asked for dressing on side for salad and it came on it. Food was good but compared to other top steak houses it was not on par. Rather go to Bryant and Cooper.

This place is fantastic. Top notch steakhouse experience from a chain. Probably better than anything left locally in the area.

We just returned from a luncheon to celebrate our grandson's baptism. We totaled 13 adults, 4 children and 2 babies. We reserved a private room in the back and it was perfect. The service was impeccable, especially from our head waiter Nick. Maneuvering for the servers was challenging and they could not have been more polite and welcoming. Their attention to the children was noteworthy. The food was superb. So many excellent choices from the luncheon menu. It would be important to mention that one of the guests was a former five star restaurant director and he was very impressed!! Thank you to Capital Grille.
Food quality doesn't match the service! The Roosevelt Field location is sadly notorious for staffing poor hosts. Whether you are looking to: be seated within the restaurant (with or without a reservation), grab a seat at the bar or even pick-up your pre-paid order; be prepared to be met with unaccommodating and cold staff. Once you are inside, if you have the patience to deal with rudeness that doesn't match the ($$-$$$) price points- service and waiting staff are professional and efficient. Maybe try a different location? This was my 5th time at this one and I think they finally got rid of me!

Super attentive service and great food. Doesnt feel like a chain restaurant at all. Was very happy with everything and the staff made it extra special for my dads birthday by preparing a card and a dessert mezze. Steak and dirty martini were great too.

I attended a dinner party here and had an outrageous strip steak w Asiago cheese and some kind of beautiful glaze. Everything we had was a 10/10 including the service.
