While the food was very good, for the restaurant being mostly empty the service was beyond slow. The restaurant itself is very worn and the noise level with very few people was high.

We keep coming back and since I live in Queens and my guest lives in Manhattan that tells you a lot. The food is quite good. Good vegan dishes are hard to get on Long Island and TFK has some really good ones. The soup and Brussels sprouts are highly recommended as are the pizzas. The Blueberry 75 is a wonderful, non alcoholic drink. However, it's very dependent on the bartender and can - on occasion - be totally forgettable. We have the same waitress each time and she is great.

We love going to True Food. It's always a wonderful experience with delicious food for everyone. It makes me feel like I'm back in California with its large, open space and relaxed yet elegant vibe. The food is creative and fresh. The service has always been wonderful even though my family has a few food allergies. We're so glad that True Food is here and we always look forward to eating there.

Lots of fresh and alternative choices for people who want it, but the overall food quality is mediocre at best. The chicken in the salads is bland and the spritzers taste like unflavored seltzer. Also the service was VERY slow even though the place was half empty.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, our server, Chris was outstanding and made the whole experience so enjoyable. All in all, I definitely recommend TFK

The Applebees of healthy and delicious food. This was the third True Food location I've been to and each time was a great overall experience.

Our party of four dined at this mall restaurant. The space is big with high ceilings, what you'd expect from a mall restaurant. The biggest let down is the portion size. Talk about shrink-flation! There was barely any food! Spent $$$$ and left feeling hungry. How disappointing. I would not recommend. I would give zero stars for this review if I could. I will never dine there again.

Service was terrible. Annoying “club music” played and doesn't go with the vibe of the restaurant. Chopped salad drenched in dressing and pizza had no cheese and drenched with marinara. Will not recommend.

I have to eat gluten free for medical reasons and I am very comfortable dining here. The staff is very careful about double checking to make sure my food is gluten free and they are kind and happy to accommodate me. Best of all, the food is delicious!

Food was okay. Service was horrible. The place was empty and the waiter kept coming over rushing us we felt. He was being very annoying. At the end he said they had dessert and coffee. Never let us know what they had. Instead came over with the bill. For that alone will not go again.

My first visit there and I will definitely return! Pretty space and comfortable tables. Delicious food and good portions. Our server, Mikaela, was outstanding, super friendly and helpful with the menu. She made the lunch so enjoyable.

The website made this restaurant seem really fancy. It's more like a step above Panera Bread. The food is healthy but very over priced and not great tasting. I was very disappointed.

We had Saturday brunch early, so it was not busy. We truly enjoyed the healthy food of blueberry pancakes and sourdough bread with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onions and salad on the side. The meal was delicious and satisfying. Service was very good and a nice atmosphere too. Truly loved all the healthy options. Will definitely return for brunch as well as other meals.

Delicious food!! We were there for my son's HS graduation celebration, and everything was wonderful. The OG burgers with the mushrooms and umami sauce were mouth watering. I had the Mexican street corn on the side and the flavor was awesome. Everyone in my party of six was pleased. The female manager (I forget her name) could not have been nicer- so accommodating and lovely. We will definitely be back!!

The 1st thing that hits you is how certious and polite the wait staff is. And when you think that things can't get any better the food is amazing. Simple, natural and well procure ingredients. Nice!......... Great price point(bonus)
