The customer service here is amazing as always, the ambiance here is fabulous. Thank you for being consistent. The food is a bit pricier side than other establishments, but the service and quality of bakery goods you receive is a priceless, hard to find. Nutella latte is a must here.

Pro tip: When the employees ask if you want your sandwich warmed up, they really mean toast it to a crisp! The French Workshop's rock solid bread is enough to damage teeth and cause understandable nationwide protest back in France.
HOWEVER!!! my poor teeth and gums would forgive this establishment due to its excellent atmosphere. This is the perfect location for an afternoon luncheon with an old friend or peaceful study. I do recommend consulting your dentist before eating the sandwiches here. You have been warned 👊

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite having nine employees working during my visit, no one greeted us until I made it obvious that we were waiting. Instead, the staff was engaged loudly in an inappropriate conversation—right in front of multiple children at the counter.
My order sat on the back counter for several minutes before the cashier finally retrieved it, only after I stood there staring at it. There was no sense of organization, and it seemed like very little actual work was being done. Most employees give the impression that taking orders is an inconvenience to them.
While the food itself is good for the price, the overall experience has been mediocre at best. This has been a recurring issue over my last five visits. I even reached out to what I believe is their corporate office to share my concerns, but I never received a response. Disappointing service all around.

We were at the Bakery on Christmas Eve. We ordered a cake at the glass, along with 3-4 desserts on the side. When we got to the counter, not only was the cake we ordered MIA, but so were the 3-4 desserts. Weirdest experience at a bakery ever! They were able to make the cake for us (thankful cause we ordered the last cake available in the glass). But, never ever in our lives, have we gone to a bakery, where the experience was stressful, and there were less than 3-4 people in line. Do better. Maybe, just maybe, open those boxes so people can confirm what they ordered so others don't end up in this situation. Besides making the cake we ordered, staff was subpar at best. Maybe have some adults in the room on Christmas Eve.

Just had a fantastic experience with Ellis Carpet Cleaning in my Garden City home. They cleaned our upholstered furniture and it's made such a difference. The colors are brighter and the fabric feels so much fresher. The team was professional and the service was remarkably thorough. Really happy with the results.
