As someone who is vegan The Little Beet was a restaurant I looked forward to whenever I would visit the Mall. As of yesterday I will no longer spend money there, not only are the portions small but you now get charge for everything you add to your salad. Before it was charging for extra now it will cost you more just to get a salad. I spent almost $50 for something they considered a salad, that wasn’t as good as the last trip I took there. There’s a place I can shop and get fuller portions of $23 and change which includes a drink.

I was disappointed to find pieces of salmon skin and gray fatty tissue in my poke bowl, which really shouldn’t be there. These parts are unappetizing and took away from the freshness and quality I expect in a dish like this.

This places charges $5 to add a protein to your bowl - serving size is shown in the picture. This bowl costs about $19. If you charge extra for any protein you should really give customer what they are paying for. Do not rob your customers.

My first experience ordering from here, and I chose to make my own plate. It was a hit! I chose a bed of field greens and added baked beet falafel, roasted beets & lentils, charred broccoli, turmeric almonds, and cranberry harissa.
Y U M!!

They weighed my food with a scale like it was frozen yogurt. Petty and cheap. A bowl was $25. I don’t mind paying a premium but then you start weighing the protein as you place it in my bowl???Imagine Chipotle weighing your carnitas as they place it in your bowl then remove a bite cuz it went over the limit. Petty and cheap. Find another way. You weigh my food, I’ll weigh my options next time I need to eat at the mall…

Worst experience and customer service. Server was extremely rude and they barely put any food. Staff is very unprofessional and rude, barely speak English. Food not worth the experience.

The serving portion is too small. Considering $17 a meal we would expect more veggie and better service. The person who served us had zero interaction with their customers.

I had anticipated a positive dining experience when I ordered a plate that included Basmati rice, charred broccoli, roasted beets and lentils, roasted chicken, shaved Brussels sprouts, and green beans, all for nearly $25. The manager was polite during the payment process, but my meal took a turn for the worse when I encountered a stone in the lentils. Unfortunately, this stone caused damage to a temporary root canal I have.

When I addressed this issue with the manager, I showed her the stone and she remarked that it was likely part of my tooth, laughing off my concern. I countered her assertion, questioning whether anyone would remain calm in her position if the stone truly were from their dental work. Her response was that the staff in her country do not thoroughly clean lentils, implying that this incident was beyond their control.

I expected at least an apology or a credit towards my meal due to the situation; however, I felt dismissively ignored—especially given that I am not a white American woman. Now, I am left with no choice but to seek dental treatment as a direct consequence of my visit to this establishment.

My experience was horrible today. The ladies in the back was using their phones, sneezing, cleaning their nose with their shirts. One of them put her bare hands in the sweet potatoes ate it. Dropped dish towel on the floor picked it up and proceeded to clean the food prep area.Surely the sanitation is not part of the curriculum. Wasted $21.89 swiping snotty nose not one care to wash their hands

Food was delicious and healthy. I have IBS and they have low fodmap selections. My bowl was build your own. Salmon half quinoa and basmati rice sweet potatoes green beans pickled onions and ginger. With water the total came to $21.

The vermicelli (noodles) isn’t the same as in the poster. The one in the picture is a lot thinner and looks fried. The one they actually serves is thicker. They should change their poster or use the same vermicelli as shown in the poster. I am not happy with this.

Food is NOT fresh, the quinoa isn’t fully cooked. The pork is super salty! The menu doesn’t include price. The worker there doesn’t want to tell me which food is that. The station looks filthy. the ride female cashier didn’t even bother give me the receipt and walked away. Terrible experience. Never coming again.

Update: food poisoned after eating this.
