Their Keto Bowl was not good. The braised pork was very salty! The price was expensive for the salty bowl of keto!Dietary restrictions: Salty braised pork

After one bite I already knew this was going to be my new favorite lunch plate and I take lunch very seriously. I was a bit skeptical to order salmon from the mall, HOWEVER, it was the most moist yet crispy salmon deliciousness my tastebuds had the absolute pleasure of experiencing. Aside from the superstar protein, the sides were also impeccable. Healthy, generous portions, beyond delicious. Do yourself a favor and get at least three sides of chimichurri sauce and your belly will thank you later. It was such a shame to see a line of about 50 people waiting for the junk Chick-fil-A has to offer while this gem of a spot had about 4 people in line. I cannot rave enough about this spot. Take my advice and thank me later♡ much love

SO GOOD. every time i go to roosevelt field i've got to drop by little beet. super expensive, but honestly that's to be expected with vegetarian food -- i'm not even vegetarian, and i still really loved everything i've tried. of course the environment is loud & crowded, but still clean and you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a seat.

Little beet is inside the food court in Roosevelt field mall.I got the low fodmap bowl, it was $17 and not worth it at all, it's definitely something you can make at home. The only thing that stood out to me was the avocado sauce (chimichurri) The food was well seasoned but not worth the price. The broccoli and sweet potatoes are flavorful but the salmon could do better since it was a bit dry.

Food was not very good, salmon was as dry as cardboard, I got the Paleo bowl it had 1.75oz of over cooked farm raised salmon, 3 oz of sweet potato, mixed greens, a half of avocado which was not ripe I had two small slices that were the only ripe part of the hard avocado, the food is heavily salted and overpriced, it’s the mall I get it I should have known better. Very disappointing as it was such a good place when it first opened hadn’t been there in a few years and it is not the same place.

Located inside the Roosevelt Field Mall (2nd floor near Primark) in the food court. I've never been to this place but the salmon poke caught my eye. You basically build your own bowl. I picked the fieldgreens w/lemon sauce and for my 2 sides I got cold noodles and black beans + corn. My protein was the salmon poke and I got chipotle aioli with picked ginger and onions on top. The bowl looked really colorful and pretty. I liked the different flavors!! I think mine just had a tad too much chipotle aioli (next time I'd prob ask for a lighter pour). Overall it seemed pretty fresh and tasted great. I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a healthier option in the food court. The bowl costs about $17 and line moves fast.I also looked online and it's a chain with locations in NYC as well!

My 2nd time at this Little Beet. 1st time it was tasty but had me going right to the bathroom when I was done. I assumed it was just my finicky stomach reacting to the fiber/greens, so decided to give it another chance. A previous reviewer mentioned the salmon being crispy - honestly it’s moist and with a nice bit of texture on the outside, which I like. Also got the tofu and Brussel sprouts and those were delicious. The service not great. A gentleman prepared my bowl and he honestly looked like I was wasting his time. But, yet again, I had to go right to the bathroom after eating. Would not and cannot recommend.

This place is FIRE. I always get it for lunch when I'm at Roosevelt. Fresh ingredients and super tasty options? In love. Everything there has so much flavor. I love their basmati rice, broccoli, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, salmon, and cold noodles. It's pretty pricey for a plate, but every once in a while I think it's worth it. Very very good food!

I went to this place on a Tuesday evening and it wasn't too busy! The plate that I ordered tasted so refreshing and it filled me up. The tofu and beets were my favorite part of my plate! I definitely recommend the tofu and the beets. They have a lot of options for picking out your own bowls which I like. If you are vegan or vegetarian you can definitely find something to get here! They also have some seating since it is located in the food court area of the mall which is always a plus!

I really wanted to like this place but the salmon was overcooked and crunchy (like bone crunch) the vegetables were overly salty and what should’ve felt like a healthy meal felt kinda

My buddy was hungry when we went to the Roosevelt Field mall, but most of the options in the food court were unappealing: fried, greasy, bready. Then I found Little Beet, with a line in front of it, and thought, "Finally!! Healthy options!" I was greeted with a big smile and guided through the ordering process. I ordered the rice with herbs, Brussels sprout salad, half avocado with sesame seeds, and beet felafel. A few squeezes of the tahini dressing (I think it was tahini--it was yellow!) and I was off to eat. This is my new favorite fast food place. I can eat that dish every day and be very happy! I only wish I'd taken a picture so I could show you how pretty it was!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "The Little Beet" and decided to try their Low FODMAP Bowl. Let me tell you, it was a delightful experience! The Low FODMAP Bowl consisted of seared salmon, quinoa, charred broccoli, and sweet potatoes, all expertly combined to create a well-balanced and flavorful dish. The seared salmon was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, flaky flesh that melted in my mouth. It paired wonderfully with the nutty quinoa, which added a satisfying texture to the bowl. The charred broccoli brought a lovely smoky flavor to the dish, complementing the other ingredients beautifully. It was cooked just right, retaining a slight crunch while still being tender. The sweet potatoes added a touch of natural sweetness and provided a comforting element to the bowl. Not only was the flavor profile of the Low FODMAP Bowl exceptional, but the portion size was also just right. With only 600 calories, it was a healthy and filling option that left me satisfied without feeling weighed down.Overall, my first experience at "The Little Beet" was a memorable one, thanks to their delicious Low FODMAP Bowl. If you're looking for a flavorful, balanced meal that caters to specific dietary needs, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu offerings in the future!

I am actually addicted to this place. For some reason, the one at Roosevelt is way better than the one near Bryant Park (or any other location in Manhattan). So good, service is great. I love healthy food so I love coming here! I would recommend the salmon, the broccoli, and the sweet potatoes. They stand out to me. I also adore the avocado bean dip (it's like guac but with beans! so good and extra protein boost).

Found this place in the mall today and it checked all the boxes: hearty, healthy and yummy! No line, good service. I built my own bowl with quinoa, shaved brussel sprouts, charred broccoli, salmon, pickled onion and seeds with the chipotle dressing. The salmon was crispy and not fishy. 100% recommend!
