Horrible service! I was standing there for 10 to 15 minutes at the cash register waiting for someone to take my order. (Mind you, I'M THE ONLY ONE THERE). NOBODY came to take my order until one lady there came up to do something, and, as I was about to place my order. She said, “ I am not taking orders” and then she proceeds to say…” This lady is taking orders” (mind you that lady she was talking about WAS ALREADY IN FRONT THE WHOLE TIME), and when she told me that a WHOLE LINE OF PEOPLE came and the lady THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE MY ORDER A LONG TIME AGO STARTED TAKING THE OTHER PEOPLE'S ORDERS. BAD SERVICE!

Use the mobile order to show they I made a order at their location they said I didn’t literally showed they it was their address and that I paid for it they refused to make my order even tho again it literally shows them I made it for their location they were not helpful and not accommodating at all highly recommend to go to any other restaurant in the mall

Well, I'll leave this review just because it's actually a great place for a good coffee at a very decent price! I find it hard to pay 4 dollars for a plain american coffee and here you get it for a little more than just 1 dollar and it's good! I know, you usually go to Wendy's for fast food, but I'll actually recommend it for a fast drink!

Nora had a very nice and caring aura. Her customer service was great I could feel her attentiveness from the start and once I came to the window she followed through and did a great job customer service wise. My partner and I got two baconator breakfast combos and it was delicious. The frosty was good too. I will be coming again because of Nora
Food was great, of course the atmosphere would be wonderful hence it's in a food court with vibrant people, service was surprisingly quicker than I thought!

I just order bacon classic double combo from Wendy's at Roosevelt, and told them no cheese, no mayo for allergy reason. But I found there was mayo inside when I come back home. Very disappointed.
