I just order bacon classic double combo from Wendy's at Roosevelt, and told them no cheese, no mayo for allergy reason. But I found there was mayo inside when I come back home. Very disappointed.

Always Hot Fresh and Accurate orders. Great service every time, especially at the Drive-Thru. The modernized Dining Room is popluar for dining here.Parking lot is available but parking can sometimes be limited.Be cautious at the entrance location on Old Country Road. ? ?Fries are always Hot and if you're ever disappointed, they make it right ?Parking: Not large parking lot but i usualy find a parking. The drive thru can be really active during the day.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is Wheelchair Access ♿️

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Their service here is horrible. They are extremely slow. And the food, something is always wrong. Whether it’s getting uncooked nuggets, too much ranch squirted on your sandwich that it is so messy, they giving you half a chicken on your breakfast sandwich, or them only half filling your fries. Never again!! Done with this place.

I really enjoyed the service. Quick, fast and efficient. Since it's in the food court at Roosevelt Field be prepared to stand on a long line (which is a good thing) Other than that I enjoyed myself

This is by far a terrible experience. 40 minutes just to order $25 worth of food. Had to wait on a line to order and then another 10min to get our order. Management needs to provide clearer directives and assignments of staff. Very chaotic!
