Clay at Wildflower Farms offers an elevated dining experience. Expect delicious, fresh, and thoughtful dishes, along with spectacular service from the warm and friendly staff. The restaurant boasts a great atmosphere, with a cozy fire pit area out in the foyer and a pleasant dining area. Menu highlights include the egg and nitrate-free bacon sandwich, olive oil pancakes, and cinnamon roll. The food was 10/10, with the mushroom risotto and Asado steak being so good. The Green Acre, a smokey jalapeño margarita, was delicious. Desserts were so good and beautifully decorated. The octopus was excellent, and the duck and risotto were incredible. The warm apple cake with miso caramel and tres leches ice cream was some of the best dessert ever. With its delightful staff and outstanding food, Clay is a must-visit destination for a wonderful dining experience.
