Hudson's Mill: Visit for the Art & Drinks, Dine Elsewhere for Value:

Hudson's Mill is a genuinely fascinating spot, impressively transforming a recovered industrial space into a vibrant art center that also houses a restaurant and its own beer brewery. The unique atmosphere is a definite draw. During my visit, the servers were pleasant, and I found the food to be both interesting and delicious.

The primary drawback, however, was the cost. I felt the prices were quite high, more akin to what you'd expect to pay in Manhattan rather than an upstate venue. This significantly impacted the overall value for me.

Because of the pricing, while I enjoyed the ambiance and the food quality, I'd recommend a more selective approach to visiting. Hudson's Mill is certainly worth checking out for its art gallery and unique setting. Consider going for a drink (especially to try their own brews) and perhaps an appetizer. For a full dining experience, you might find options offering better value in the area. Alternatively, pairing a visit to the art gallery with a drink or two would be an excellent way to enjoy what the Mill has to offer without committing to a full, expensive meal.

This place is really dope, I love to come over here specially on a Friday or the weekend. They always have some type of event whether is live bands, Latin night, bingo nights, brunch live DJ etc. This place is always a vibe. Love love love Hudson mill.

Wings are amazing!! Everything else is well below average. Some of the worst service ive had in a long time but the wings are that good!

My cousins and I went here as a quick birthday celebration. We sat at the bar…The bartenders here are awesome! They went out of their way to make my first time here/bday experience special! Drinks were top tier and the appetizers were great! Will definitely be back soon!

Great atmosphere. Very old mill on the outside and updated with a great feel on the inside. Fun place to visit. Family friendly.

We stopped in for lunch. My wife had the Cuban with truffle fries, I had the steak tips on salad. We each had cocktail to start.

Wanted to give a shoutout to this wonderful Garnerville, New York. Was there for a wedding party but have been there before and really enjoyed it. Fantastic staff of waiters, bartenders and hosts who are hardworking, friendly and professional. Located in the old industrial factory buildings that have been renovated for use. Great food and selection of local brewed beers. Great place worth going out of the way for.

TBH, I think I have to visit again to give a fair review. I really want to leave 3 stars, but I don't think that I was in the best space to give an honest and genuine review. So I will be visiting again soon, and updating this review, but for now 4 stars until further review. What I did love fosure is the live DJ, which is a nice feature.
