Not only was my order messed up even though I read them exactly what I wanted. I then called to obviously ask why my order wasn't right I got well we could give you credit to the store for your next order. I'm never ordering from there again I want to know why y'all can't follow simple instructions. I got hung up on. Not even an I'm sorry your order was wrong or we can remake and you can pick up.

after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting I called to check on my order and they said sorry we never put it in, first excuse was the line got disconnected, then when I said it def didn’t they claimed I told them I’d call back with a card and never did, I told them cash when they asked originally, then said they can put it in now but it will be 45 minutes, didn’t even offer a discount for an apology. No thanks, this was my favorite pizza place in the area prior to this experience.

Whether you're local or just passing thru Gasport, you definitely have to make Ports Pizza and Subs a stop. Using the freshest of ingredients, I've had the pleasure of trying not only their turkey bacon sub, but also their regular pepperoni as well as their cup and char pizza. Their sauce is right on point. Not too much acidity and just the right amount of flavor. Huge thumbs up to this little place in the heart of Gasport.

We tried here for the first time. The young girl who took my order was very nice and helpful when I asked a question about their pizza sauce. Friendly service while picking up my pizza. I thought the pizza was a little soggy/damp on the bottom, but it tasted very good. I will definitely order from here again.
