I really wanted to love this venue for our rehearsal dinner, but overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Communication:
From the start, communication was difficult. I had to reach out multiple times (2–3 emails each time) just to get a response. When I did hear back, they often only answered one of my questions or gave vague responses that didn’t clarify anything.
