Everytime I go here my food takes forever to get. My chicken is always burnt. They never give me either sports or napkins. The reciet machine is never working and once i know I was charged for something I never got but like I said reciet machine is never working in the drive thru to proove it.

The absolute nastiest food I've ever had! Chicken was burnt & dried out! Some was very greasy! Gave me diarrhea! Not the friendliest people working there!! We will never ever eat there again.

Supposed to be open at 10:30 AM. We got there, try to drive through, try the doors. There was 1 person in there. Looking at us ignored us and we went around the drive through again. Still no reply if I don't want to give any rating. This place sucks. We left at 10:45.

I rate this KFC/Taco Bell the worst fast food experience in the Finger Lakes region. I came here once 10 years ago, and vowed to never return, but assumed it wouldn't still be open if it was just as bad. But is still horrid--waited 25 minutes for a cold 4 piece.

Worst KFC I have ever had!!! The person her took the money and order .... never responded or said thank you ... totally rude.. Chicken was disgusting and not cooked well... After tasting the chicken and thinking it couldn't get much worse... Not sure how you can make horrible Mac n Cjeese BUT it was equally the worst I have ever had.... one star is being generous!! it should really be at a negative level..

This is the 4th time I've gone to this location and had a terrible experience. This past visit, they forgot my sauce (which happens every time), and they overcharged me. Getting the refund so I was charged the correct amount was a bug ordeal, and the staff was very rude.

This place is dirty inside and out. Staff ignores you in the dinning area. Drive up can't remember what food to give you even though it's on the monitor. Complain to KFC or Management nothing happens. Now we go to Canandaigua or Waterloo!
This had to be the rudest, laziest KFC we have visited. Every review before mine fits our experience to a T! Had to send my husband in after going through the drive through because he knew how badly the person at the window had me angry. Where are the managers or owners of this establishment? These people are toxic!

Went to Geneva KFC, asked for 12 Pc Family meal, girl at counter went back in store, another girl came back a few minutes later asked what I wanted and I told her a 12 pc meal and she said there was no chicken done. I asked how long before it was ready and her answer was, AWHILE! Never will go there again and I will bad mouth them any chance I get. Worst food and worst service, the owner should be ashamed!

If i can give u zero star, i will.Is this a burger? Or trash…? So dirty and all the staffs are rude. Even though they looked me but i had to wait more than 15 mins to order. After that i got a trash in 1min?!Please make KFC make sure the manger and staffs of this location.

The bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like old urine, had toilet paper all over the floor, the mirror was covered in residue. The service was extremely slow. It took over 7 minutes from the order to get my food. Which was only 2 meals. I got a makes potatoe bowl, and it was mostly corn. The corn was old, and rubbery. Absolutely gross, and sense they put a whole lot in, there was no picking it out.This place has gotten so bad. The workers are in their phones, even listening to music on their phones while at the front counter.
