I sometimes stop by after work using the drive thru. The service is fast and the food is always nice and hot. I had one experience where I went into the restaurant for takeout in the evening and it did take some time to actually order. I feel that the drive thru gets prioritized over in person interactions.
Had a great experience at KFC today! Ethan, the store manager, was awesome and made sure our chicken tenders were made fresh to order. They came out piping hot, crispy, and delicious! Really appreciate him taking the extra time to make sure our food was fresh. Great customer service — thanks, Ethan! We’ll definitely be back.
Had not been to this store in a couple of years because I don't live near it but i went there about a week ago and everything was top notch! The employees were all super nice and the place seemed spotless even during the busy dinner time. I will be back soon!
