The food was good and the staff were friendly. It could've been a little cleaner. The floors were sticky and the counter near the drinks was sticky.
Drive-thru.
Wish more locations had both restaurants. But the blonde lady that helped was awesome. I showed up 2 minutes to close and she still helped me.

Based on the reviews, this Taco Bell / KFC location offers the best fast food service many have experienced. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient, with one lady working the window and speaker being the most polite happy worker seen. The drive-through is fast, taking one customer maybe 37 seconds to get through.
The food quality is mixed. Some say it is the best Taco Bell since the first launch, with a perfectly made crunch wrap that was hot and crunchy, and the crunch warp 5 layer berto and the notcho fries were perfect. Others found the food sloppily thrown together but tasting fine. The new KFC strawberry poppers were amazing, like toaster strudels but so much better.
However, there are issues. At 7:30pm, the doors were locked with no sign, and the drive-through was the only option. The machines were filthy and the state of anything in site was unappealing. One reviewer noted this Taco Bell is usually one of the worst, with food that tastes like it has been sitting forever and a disgusting lobby, though the food was good on that visit.
