No heat in restaurant, very cold and space heater in restroom. 1 manager who didn’t want to be there, working drive through and counter. Line of people waiting for someone to wait on them. About 2:15 so not lunch hour. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Four people working, 20 minutes to get our food, only ones in dining area...at 5pm....2 cars went through drive thru and received food before us. Big puddles of water on floor from an obvious leak in the ceiling. Missing ingredients from food order. Poor

I pull up to the drive-thru and the first thing they say is" you can order" no hello, no welcome. Nothing but a demand for me to hurry up and order. I ordered a crunchwrap, and nacho fries. They didn't tell me the amount it would cost, they didn't thank me for my order and when I opened up my order the nacho fries didn't have any of the seasoning. I don't know if they were out or just too lazy to make them right but either way I would not have ordered them. Had I known this was the way I would get them. Poor customer service, and food quality.Highly recommend visiting any of the other fast food joints in the area, they might be able to make something correctly.

For years it has been a place that seems to not want to serve anyone. They are always out of products. The staff never seems to have customer service as a priority and upon returns of orders made incorrectly I was given attitude for their mistakes. I don't think I will go back again to the Geneva location.

FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF. ESPECIALLY THE INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. 90% of my orders are wrong, they've made items with entirely different recipes than they're supposed to. This location has the most incompetent, inept, useless staff.
