Good service, standard diner food, large portions. Looks like a hole in the wall, and it kinda is, definitely a place for locals. Bring cash, as they don't take cards. You don't need a lot of cash, though, food is pretty cheap. Four of us spent less than 30 bucks on breakfast and left full.
Came by here Sunday morning after a wedding nearby. They took care of 14 of us like it was no big deal at all. They were sweet, split the check up w/o us asking for it, and boy was it inexpensive. I was a fan of the coffee, and the food was worth the price. ;)

We stopped by L&R for a quick breakfast while passing through Geneva on the way home to Rochester from Watkins Glen. The restaurant is open and spacious. The door to get in was a little confusing though, and it wasn't just me (which it normally is) as we watched others approach what seemed like the entrance only to be locked out of the door. This seemed like a very mom and pop type of breakfast place, so I didn't have something extravagant in mind to eat, I simply wanted eggs...read full review
