My wife and I went here with friends who were visiting. I’ve never been and I’ve only heard good things about The Rusty Pig. The waitress was very kind and let us take our time with the menu. The acoustics of the restaurant made it a little difficult to hear. We had to talk louder than normal and lean forward. We were also seated next to other smaller occupied tables, where there were people seated already. If we had been spaced out a little bit more, that might have helped...
Top tier barbeque. The meats were spots. The sides needed a bit of work. The cole slaw and corn bread were kinda watered down and bland. Baked beans and Mac and chees out of this world. Server was great offered nice options off the menu. Decorum was kinda dark but good vibes for a barbeque joint. Definitely eat there again.
The service was great, we ordered the King pig dish, all the meats were great and delicious 😋. The bean sides could be better. This dish can easily feed party of five to six people. We also ordered two aptizers one fried green tomatoes and Bufflo sauce perogies. The perogies doug was hard. Other than that everything else were delicious 😋🤤
