We had an awesome time at Microclimate in Geneva while visiting the area for vacation. The owners (who also work behind the bar) are friendly, funny, and humble and make the cozy environment perfect for a lowkey date. We had a few glasses of local wine and several dishes from the creative food menu (Yuzu ceasar, cold noodles, burrata tomato salad) - do not sleep on the food here!! From what I understand they were closed for a bit or seasonal? Check your socials or website for more info.We were in the area for FLX Cursion a few day wine symposium and tastings. So we walked down from where we were staying and to give you an idea it's on the same street w/ FLX Table, Viniculture, FLX Bird and more. The food was so so good. Smaller but full flavored dishes. We legit didn't have anything negative to say about anything we ate. The nori bar mix was so so good even our kid devoured it. Loved the cold noodle salad dish it had lots of textures to it. The cucumbers were to die for and the sauce was drinkable we wanted more!
