This easily became our go-to favorite breakfast/brunch place during our Hudson Valley trip. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Highly recommend the breakfast porridge. The service was consistently good even on a Saturday morning when it was standing room only.
Incredibly friendly staff. My husband is a hot fried chicken sandwich junkie and he said BH's was the best he's ever had. Didn't think I would ever write a review about a salad but just wow! The seasonal (greens, walnuts, apples, cheddar, etc.) with a lemon vin was so amazingly tasty, fresh, clean and filling. It was so big it took of us to finish. The food has never disappointed (they poach a perfect egg for their eggs Benedict, and I’m particular about that). Their baked goods are amazing. There can be a wait for coffee drinks as there is only room for one barista, but they do a good job. Sometimes the clientele skews rude weekend folks, but overall, it’s a nice place to go.
