I’ve been to many winery’s on the east coast and I can honestly say that Hudson Chatham Winery will give you the best service, quality, and experience. The beautiful property makes it great for events or just get togethers with friends. Their harvest dinners and monthly dinners sell out super fast and you do NOT want to miss them. Both Steven and Justen (the owners) are not only incredible people but incredible chefs. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and the food is absolutely an experience. They are super friendly, knowledgeable about wine and overall just a good vibe! The vineyard itself is stunning and don’t forget to get a beautiful multicolored box of eggs from the chickens on the property.

Steven was such a fun and energetic host for us! The wine was great and the food was delicious- especially the hummus and the scallion dip with potato chips.
