I am still dreaming about the sublime experience we had at the August dinner at this Winery. The evening started with a refreshing Tequila Blanco cocktail garnished with husk cherries. Dinner in the intimate and well appointed dining room started with the mouth watering, wait for it, Maine Lobster Doughnut. Crazy, joyfully delicious. I could've stopped there and been in heaven. It went on like that for five more courses. One better than the next.The Yellow-fin tuna carpaccio...
We had the absolute pleasure of attending a private event held at Hudson Chatham Winery this past weekend. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and makes you feel like you have been transported. You might see some chickens running around too. They have something for anyone in your group whether it’s wine, beer or cocktails. There are fire pits and lots of seating/tables strewn about. Their main room where you order is so charming with a nice clean bathroom and air conditioning....
This winery has a charm like no other. Run by two incredible chefs and entrepreneurs, their passion, kindness, and joy radiate through everything they do. We originally requested a private event—but what they gave us was a full, unforgettable experience.
