My 2nd or 3rd trip. This time it was Sunday Brunch and as in everything here, it was delicious and while the owners are French, the food is just damn good, understandable and well prepared.

We had the most wonderful brunch today at Shadow 66! A few years back, we used to visit their downtown Hudson location, and this new spot is even more impressive. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and full of charm — decorated with antique pieces and even two vintage Citroën cars that give the place so much character.

The food was absolutely incredible. We tried the Souvenir and the 66 Burger, both packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. For dessert, the caramelized apple crêpe was simply perfection — the best way to end our meal.

The combination of delicious food, unique décor, and welcoming vibe makes Shadow 66 a true gem. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The garage and Citroen themed restaurant was memorable — the food and service outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed everything but the mushroom soup, salad (and dressing), and onglet steak are courses I would go out of my way to have again. We will return next time we are in the Hudson area.

He is the precise definition of a cuisinier !

Excellent cuisine. Perfect service. Two beautiful Peugeot autos are in this converted garage, visible to the dining room. Great appetizers, including escargot and french onion soup. Desserts include tarte tatin, a wonderful French tarte served with ice cream. Brunch also served on certain days in an adjacent diner-like room.
