The food was excellent, the ambiance very pleasant, and the staff super friendly and helpful. I thought the prices were a bit high, but it is an expensive area, and some of the local competitors charge higher prices for lesser quality, so by local standards, it's a bargain. If you're in the area, I'd recommend it.
The view and the service were amazing. Our waiter David was very excellent. He was attentive and gave us wonderful guidance with the menu. The food was delicious. This place is on my list to come back.
Another delightful lunch at the Captain's - Started with a Heineken Zero (designated driver) and SO enjoyed the Cape Dream Sauvignon blanc (from South Africa) one of the day's featured drinks. Good value and a generous pour IMO. Started with clam chowder - nicely seasoned with plenty of clams) and SO had baked clams which she said were top notch.
