“Although they have food, I've yet to try it, as we usually only stop by on the way home for one last drink and/or coffee after BBQing on the beach. The service is always very personable, and my boyfriend absolutely loves this place; he talked about the Gilgo Inn all throughout the off-season when we first met before I finally got the chance to visit with him.They're cash only, but they have an ATM ($3 service fee). All the seating is outside, but there's a TV inside as well as framed photos of how the place used to look, including some shots of it submerged in water following a storm some years back.The coffee is good, and the drinks are alright and won't break the bank. I think the cocktails were around $10 apiece. There are proper bathrooms across the parking lot, too.”

“Me and my husband drove past this place a few times and never went in.. My husband finally stopped in and got some food. He said it was really clean and the time he went it wasn’t busy. I must say I was shocked by the quality of food. The food was really good and you get a lot for your money. For about $70 you can feed about 5 ppl. The cornbread was sweet, reminded me of cake!! Their bbq sauce was really good, nothing like I’ve ever had before. The chili, and mac n cheese was great! Oooh! The baked beans, that’s our fav!!The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection!! I will say the only down side for me, it was too much of a smoked flavor (I’m not a smoked type of person) BUT it was still delicious!! My husband and father in law loved it a lot. With this place, when you want bbq! that’s exactly what you get. My husband also said when he went in to place the order, there was a guy named Joe there. Joe was very hospitable! Told him everything he needed to know about the restaurant and even suggested what to get! OOOHH!! He even gave him samples before he purchased. Joe also told him that they make the food on the spot, which is amazing and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!! Thank you for the great food! We will be ordering again!!”

“This is a family-run place where the owner personally oversees everything to ensure top-notch food and friendly service. The menu has a great assortment of Polish-Ukrainian classics, served in a warm and cozy space. We are here when it just opened and came back now with friends, trying more dishes. Everything is homemade and so delicious. No one rushes you, we spent 2 hours, leisurely working our way through the gamut of dishes we ordered and having a conversation. What a gem!”

“This was our first time here and definitely not our last!! This place was amazing!! Joy was serving my husband and I. She is so attentive and so friendly. We had the vegetable spring rolls to start then which were great then my husband ordered the Masaman Curry and he loved it. I had the Amazing Rama with no tofu and was so pleased with this dish. We both had the coconut juice which was so deliciuos!! Everything is fresh made. We will definitely be coming back.. Thank you for such a great experience:)”

“I walked in around 12 on Easter Sunday looking for a great cake to bring over my aunts house. I was looking for a place open that late and found a spot right near my house i never knew existed. I am so happy i found this bakery because the cake i purchased was outstanding! I will be coming back again for sure!! I was very impressed by how clean the bakery was and how kind the staff member was who helped me. I will be coming back!”

“This restaurant is the greatest. The owner and he husband are extremely nice and their food is excellent. Our 2 year old always enjoys the food herself. They have an extensive menu and the dishes are made fresh after you order. The appetizers such as the baby octopus and shrimp wrapped in bacon are on another level. The picaña is also amazing. Most people who are there are regulars. Very relaxing atmosphere as well.”

“We were four for brunch on Sunday, April 7th. Service was attentive, but a bit awkward. Our beverages and orders came quickly, some confusion as they were placed but no one started happily when the runner returned with the last plate and had to rearrange the others meals to make them correct. I was the last to start my meal as I had been munching on salad. I must say I was intensely disappointed with my Croque Madame. It as an over cooked reheated crunchy painfully dry mess. For those of you who are familiar with this amazing French staple the bread is soft and grilled, and the ham and Gruyère inside should be thick, warm and melted - not crunchy and dried to dark brown. If anyone had checked on us before we all had finished, and my friend were ready to exit - I would have complained and had a re-do or ordered something else. Other than this? We had a pleasant experience.”

“Incredible place with a diverse menu that has tons of different flavors. This is a go-to spot for any vegetarian to grab different styles of momo's and chaaps. We ordered tandoori and fried momo's, along with Afghani and Amritsari chaap; everything was so delicious and this will be my go-to spot. A must try the vegetarian option in Nassau County NY!!”

“Everything was delicious as usual! Grace was our server, she was excellent, Thai Calamari was amazing as well as the Caesar salad, lamb chops, shrimp and surf and turf dinner. Omg almost forgot the garlic bread. We will definitely be back soon. Traveling from Queens definitely worth the trip!!!”

“Absolutely amazing! My daughter and I had an appointment in the area today, and being not from the area I asked for recommendations on the Long Island Foodies page. You did not disappoint!! We ordered four tacos (the crispy chicken was my favorite,) corn, jalapeño poppers and drinks. Every single item was amazing! Then the staff - we are outside and from the first staff member we met to the last the service was top notch! Extra thanks to the gentleman who made sure to bring me out some Fat Boy Sauce, because I mentioned it was our first time he said “you have to have it.” He was right. We did! And Sal. Every restaurant should have someone as welcoming and lovely as Sal. He made us feel like regulars on our first time. My daughter has already asked to take the hour trip back again next week, and I’m thinking about it.”

“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.”

Let me start by saying the place has a very simple yet clean ambiance, the easy to read menu from fan favorites to byo bubble tea. So the wife and i decide to get the Cancer which had mango slushy coconut milk fresh mango and crystal boba my wife ended up getting the Gemini which had strawberry milk fresh strawberry and strawberry popping boba!! Both of these drinks were delicious and refreshing i tried my wife's bubble tea and nearly ended up switching but i really enjoyed the mangos freshness please please this place is a must try!!!!”

“It’s a owner operator business, Manuel, is a star! Went in for lunch with my good friend he was Very attentive. We had the shrimp quesadilla and chicken crunch wrap! Three different mild sauces and three different hot sauces . Their homemade hot sauce was excellent! Chorizos was spectacular! Nobody’s gonna run it the way you want it! “The restaurant is located in back of Jone Beach Hotel. We were greeted and seated as we made reservations. The drinks were good as well as food. The sharing portion is for more than two people. The owners are super friendly and have created a community for us gluten free and horror fans! As a person that developed Celiac late in life, the beer at Necro is the absolute best! You’re not stuck drinking ciders if you have a problem with gluten. At Necro you get to enjoy phenomenal flavors crafted for all seasons and even events! There is always something entertaining and fun happening. From paint nights, psychic nights, book club, writers society even karaoke. I have no need to hangout at the other bars on Main Street because of my love of everything at Necro!”

“Kayla was our server, and supplied the vibe. She recommended the Speck pizza with hot honey, and that pizza changed my life. So damn good! I’m not kidding when I say that I loved it so much I ordered another one to go, to enjoy later that night. That smoked mozzarella ?. The Gnocchi was awesome and they even offer it in a bread bowl! The Italian sodas are also good, if you love natural ginger flavor, the apple ginger one for sure hits.”
