The food is fresh as in hot and with quality ingredients. However taste is lacking. For $10, I got a small beef and broccoli without utensils, nor being asked if I wanted any. This place is not a NY Chinese experience at all. If you’re from nyc, do not come here expecting regular Chinese, this food is bland and service is slow although dudes back there moving fast as hell. At first it might feel like a generic take out spot, and to be fair it is, however as I waited for my order and went ahead and ordered more, I noticed something very strange. I was patient, polite but also direct with what I wanted and communicated it well. At the end, I left with a smile on my face because they reciprocated all of the things I mentioned and then some by making sure I got enough sauces and thanked me three times. i tried all the chinese take out places in glen cove and for some reason this place has the most expensive (around a dollar more, it's at 13.50 right now while other places have it below that) triple beef/shrimp/chicken chef specialty. price-wise, i didn't feel like i was getting anything more, especially volume wise. other places gave me more for a cheaper price and i felt full from every other place's except for this place's.
