It's April 5th. I went into this restaurant and this Chinese waitress saw us and went inside. We were seated for 15 minutes and she didn't even talk to us. She came out and started cleaning the chairs. The place was empty. I hope they change the service and the staff. The owner seems to be very racist.

I never throw out a whole meal because I didn’t like the way it tasted, but this is the first exception. But I got shrimp beef lo mein and general Tsos chicken and it tasted exactly how sink water smells.

Crispy shrimp, chicken/broccoli, egg drop soup, and sesame peanut noodles were decent, but our fried rice and egg roll were incredibly stale. The egg roll was super greasy too. Really disappointing.Edit: My mom and brother both had an upset stomach after this meal :(

For China Palace to be who they were all these years since the 80s to what they are now I haven’t been there in 10 years to taste the new owners food and it was bad got all the way home after traveling an hour to have my food, and it was bad all around the table bad I normally don’t go this route and put people out there like that but they should be ashamed of their selves one my platter wasn’t even full to the rice. Literally smelt bad I’m ashamed I want my money back.

Delivery 2 hours late! I live in a senior residence and reception desk closed and doors locked ! I called multiple times and they kept felling me driver was only 5 minutes away ! I live in a n assisted living facility am disabled and had to go to the lobby from my apt to get the cold food !!! I had already eatenCold cereal and a banana ! Awful service awful food .. I called the restaurant 4 times and they kept telling me he will be right there ! Told them reception desk it’s not staffed after 7:30 PM. When 730 came I called them and told them to have the driver eat the food and credit my account. They ignored me of course.. I tasted the food .. awful, dry, undercooked, part of the order was left out. This restaurant should not be in business. They have no expertise in service. Cooking.What customer service.

This was our first time ordering from China Palace and our food arrived cold. The Hot and Sour Soup had a viscous, gelatinous consistency to it and had to be thrown away - gross actually. The meals we ordered also had a gelatinous, gooey sauce covering the meat and vegetables - 2 different dishes and the taste was quite terrible. We order Chinese cuisine frequently and are pretty well versed in the proper preparation(s) and believe this establishment is NOT worth another order. I would not recommend wasting money. Go somewhere else.
