The delivery man was not wearing a mask- we were supposed to have CONACTLESS DELIVERY- went to get our pizza outside the door and the delivery guy was just standing there close to our front door without a mask on- he was tipped on the app so not sure why he didn’t just leave it or knock on the door
Pizza took 2 hours for delivery! Pizza tracker said it was checked for quality at 11:08pm (I’m assuming meaning it was taken out of the oven then). Pizza not actually delivered until after 1am! Attempted to call the store 3 times, no one picked up. Attempted to contact online, they only offer email contact so nothing can be done immediately. We ended up going to Taco Bell. As soon as we got back, pizza guy shows up with 2 stale, cold pizzas like we are going to eat them.
Worst service ever. Every time I try to give them another chance they remind me why I stopped getting from them. Ordered at 2pm today 4:43 after a botched order and delivered cold after an hour and 15 minutes I am still on hold trying to hetf my order corrected. 25 minutes ago they said the guy left 15 minutes ago and has no stops between. I live 8 minutes away and he still isn't here.
