HANDS DOWN BEST DUNKIN IN LOCUST VALLEY! I am never disappointed by my coffee or food at any time of day! Not to mention the staff is friendly and sincerely care if you enjoy your order. This Dunkin is also clean and well maintained. I’d recommend this Dunkin over the one on Brewster to any local anyday :)Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and patient

I went for ice cream and one of the flavors that I ate had a funky flavor, clearly it was not good anymore, so I told the employee about it but he didn’t do anything with the ice cream. I arrived home immediately to vomit so it was definitely spoiled.

This dunkin was hard to get to the first time because it's in a funky intersection. Easy to see if on your right but if on your left be prepared to turn right when to see it. But once you figure it out there is plenty of parking. My mobile order was ready to go when I arrived and the staff were really friendly. The store was clean and not busy.

Best place for frozen vanilla yogurt. Staff appeared to be distracted. Looks like the manager was having some challenges with a male staff which caused some disruption in her customer service.

They're always friendly here, whether you come early in the morning or right before they close. They always get my tea and coffee orders right. I've used their curbside service, mobile order and regular indoor service and all great! Good coffee and good service is always a plus!

3rd times the charm! After 2 bad situations with this store I decided to give them one last chance. Using their mobil ap, I ordered a coffee, 5 munchkins and 2 stuffed bagel holes at 7:42 AM for curbside pickup. I was already parked in the curbside pickup spot. At 7:58 AM, I got out of my car parked in the curbside pickup spot and entered the store. No customers were inside but there were 5 employees behind the counter. I asked if my curbside order was available and it took 3 of the 5 employees to locate my coffee and 5 munchkins sitting on the counter. I explained the concept of curbside pickup but they just stared into space. No apology was offered. As final insult, they only gave me 4 munchkins!
