Awesome brewery, nice location, plenty of parking, food was on point and the drinks were good too. We took a nice walk after we ate lunch along the river front park.
We have been there many times. The beer is great- nice selection. Service is not the best- not enough wait staff for the amount of people and it wasn't that busy. the food wasn't the best- dry sandwich, ordinary crab cakes, and the nachos were awful. We will go back maybe to just have a drink- hoping the food gets better as it has been in the past.
The German food was very good, but for the price, you didn't get much. Also, the music was very loud. There were many families with small children, and the music was way too loud. Turn down the music.
Made a reservation for a girls night out dinner. We were greeted and sat right away by very sweet hostesses. The restaurant is clean and spacious. There is indoor and outdoor seating but we chose indoors. We had the most amazing server Kristen who was very so helpful in deciding what we should order and very attentive to all our needs. The busboys were very efficient in coming around and making sure our table was kept clean and water was always filled. We shared a bunch of dishes and everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend the calamari, the lobster roll, the Allstar Burger and the Garvies Point Salad but everything else we got was just as amazing. Definitely a place you want to check out.
The value for money just isn't there if you're looking for a meal. The food is overpriced and OK. Drinks and light fare is the way to go.
Terrible experience. They seated us right next to the kitchen door and next to a loud party. We asked to move twice, and they did not accommodate us. There were open tables outside which we preferred. The food was pretty average, especially considering the price. There are much better restaurants in the area. I will not be returning.
good menu, good drinks, nice servers, nice atmosphere. great good weather spot for outdoor dining.
Waited 30 minutes after being seated for service. We had to go to the bar to ask for a waitress. Finally took our drink orders and food order at the same time and still waited to get our food. Food was burnt. Not such a great experience
Great atmosphere, great beer!
Went here specifically for the happy hour special from 4-6. Happy hour menu said mixed drinks during this time cost 10 dollars. They refused to honor this and charged full menu price for the cocktails.

Garvies Point Brewery is an absolute gem in Glen Cove! I’ve been several times over the last year and I always look forward to returning.
Unlike other Brewery’s they have a wide menu selection that offers something for everyone. The food is delicious, and the menu changes seasonally, so there’s always something new to try. They offer a nice selection of their own beers, and everything I’ve tried has been flavorful and well-crafted.
The outdoor space is perfect for the warmer months. It’s spacious and relaxing, a great place to enjoy a drink or a meal outside.
The manager, Michael, truly goes above and beyond. He genuinely cares about the customer experience and works hard to make sure everything exceeds expectations.
I highly recommend checking this place out!
Hidden gem. Always a great time for dinner or drinks. Different activities most nights: trivia, bingo, corn-hole. Personable staff that go out of their way to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
Was there this weekend, so happy sushi is back and the back patio was open!! Tried the golden eye roll which was amazing. So many new food and drink items on the menu, love that they change the menu for each season. Was also so happy to see all the summer beers back. Service was phenomenal, we will most definitely be back!
Wanted to like this place I really did but they really don’t help them selves from the wait staff who was just completely lost (mind you it was not busy) the food was just tasteless “Lemon pepper calamari” yea more like frozen calamari with a mayo sauce no seasoning what so ever. The sushi they advertise being so fresh was just flat out horrible. The prices were just outrageous 18 dollars for a drink? This isn’t midtown…
Love coming here and relaxed atmosphere. Great location great way to spend an evening or an afternoon with people that you want to be with the service is always on point and the food is delicious.
