Josies pizza truck was delicious. I got the little piggy it was so good. I got to meet Josie, and she was so nice the truck was clean, and the service was great.. I would follow this food truck wherever it goes!!!

Food truck with a great pizza and outdoor seating. Pizza is really really good, reminds me of the trendy sourdough places in the city. Only thing to potentially criticize is the bottom is a bit on the burnt side, but I'd say that's part of this style of Pizza.

I am not a food truck type person, and if you feel the same way, I urge you to give Josie's pizza a try. All the ingredients are fresh and organic to make the pizza which is baked to perfection. I've been going there almost every week or so since Josie's opened and have never been disappointed. The service and the food are impeccable. I've gone to other brick oven establishments in the area and their pizzas are very good, but not as good as Josie's. I look forward to seeing the new menu come out. You're missing out if you haven't tried Josie's.

Any pizza can be made with vegan cheese for an added charge. The sauce they use is a bit sweet for my taste but other than that the pizza was good. I'm glad there is finally something vegan-friendly in Glen Cove. I hope if we keep asking they will change the cheese to violife and add some vegan meat options for pizza toppings.
