This place is the definition of a bad delivery experience. I ordered from this store via door dash at 7:25pm. The DoorDash app said estimated time arrival will be 8:25. However, I waited until 9:00 and my food was still not prepped. I asked my DoorDash driver why they are taking such a long time. And they explained that it was already prepped but they cannot find my order. They had to redo it and only until 9:20, it said that it was on the way to me and finally picked up from the restaurant. There is no excuse absolutely for why they had to take such a long time. And I’m not blaming the driver for it. He delivered to me as soon as he could. This is completely unacceptable and I have people at home that are waiting for the food for more than 2 hours. I do not know what went on but if the restaurant is reading this. If you can give me an explanation that will be great. I am happy to provide DoorDash order number I just want to know why. Probably the worse delivery experience out of the 2 years that I used DoorDash

This is our new " go to" restaurant in Glen Cove. The decor is playful and inviting. The wait staff efficient and friendly. And the food absolutely wonderful. Every time we return we order something different. Especially loved the Shrimp Domburi and Chicken Shoyu Ramen. You could honestly have a meal eating just the appetizers. Don't forget their rewards program! I was able to get $6 off our dinner order. BOGO wine is a plus.Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

I placed a takeout order consisting of the salmon avocado salad, tonkatsu ramen and the sautéed bok choy. The staff was extremely friendly and the food is absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to order again!

Totally recommend the A5 Pork Bun ($9) and the D1 Grilled Eel Don ($18). Pay with cash to save 10% off your bill. My friend is an unofficial Kiko Ramen Ambassador. The Staff made her a balloon birthday cake.Parking is in the back...or diagonally across the street in the Staples Parking car park. Better to trust the former than the latter (which has a 2 hour time limit).

Happy they opened up a ramen place in the area. Rice bowls and ramen both good.
Food was fantastic. Unfortunately, had a hair fried into the karaage. The kind where you think it's your own hair, so you go to pull it out of your mouth, but you feel it pull on the chicken cause it's cooked INTO the food. If you think that image is gross, imagine how it felt :)
Absolutely enjoyed this place and highly recommend it! I’ve gone to several Japanese restaurants, mostly in the city but this spot has surpassed many of those places. The gyoza and ramen were very tasty and delicious. Perfect spot that won’t leave you disappointed. The waiter and waitress were also very nice, attentive, and helpful. Bonus points too for the decor, if you’re an anime fan, you’re gonna LOVE this place even more ❤️

PLEASE GO!! Ramen is so tasty, great service! We had the gyoza and was tazty as well. I’ve had a lot of ramen across the country and this is up there. Decoration is unlike nearby establishments, really nice you’ll definitely want to take some photos. They are new to the neighborhood and I hope they stay long. Great prices!

THIS IS MY NEW GO TO! I absolutely love Ramen, and I am particular about it. I have been to Kiko a few times, and so far, it has been fantastic , so I highly recommend this place. Also, to dine in- the staff is very sweet and polite and the decor is cute. My fave is the Spicy miso Ramen.

Me and my daughter went to kiko ramen in glen cove last night and I just want to say service was amazing staff was very pleasant and food was delicious. This has become my daughters favorite spot for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend you give it a try!!!
