Best chocolate chip cookies, rye bread, and rolls. I always swing by when visiting Glen Cove. My grandparents lived on Red Spring Lane until the late 70's. My Dad and many of his cousins were fortunate to have the bakery just down the hill. My Dad often spoke of how the bakery was a pit stop on the way to Morgan's Park to get into various shenanigans. Please frequent this bakery, since it is so very old and very much part of the Landing's identity.

My son was getting married at our family home in Glen Cove. My husband and I were the “wedding planners” and had a lot of responsibility. We were born and raised in GC but now live out of state. We just knew we could trust Landing Bakery to make the perfect cake, with all the bride’s wishes accommodated. Boy, did Claudia and Kevin come through! The cake was delicious perfection! Countless guests came up to me and said it was the best, tastiest cake they’ve ever had. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everything is incredible but the Jelly Donuts and Sugar Twists are easily the best I ever had. The staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. A +++++

The bakery has been there over a 100 years. Traditional old world ryes, Kaiser rolls, crullers and jelly doughnuts that are fantastic. Try the danish, almond coffee cake and babkas.

Cakes and pies to choose from. Been coming here since I was 8 years old. Over 50 years and it's still looks the same. I remember the smell of fresh baked bread in the morning. Brings back my childhood. Great place to visit .
