Positive: clean establishment with fresh food. Cons: the server who took my order spoke very poor English with limited comprehension. I had to repeat my order three times to him before he repeated it back to me correctly. He did not mark the bagels and did not thank me after checkout. I’m not sure why anyone would hire someone like this. I felt like they did not appreciate my business.
Stellar bagels. Hot, fresh and always delicious. Once I discovered this place I can’t stop going. The staff is always friendly and no matter what I order they always get it just right. I’ve been on the island for about 5 years now and am happy to have finally discovered a bagel spot where the price and quality meet hand in hand.

I was a regular LONG before I was an employee. I used to work at the other bagel cafe down the road in sea cliff, so when I speak on the quality of this store's food and the high standards it holds itself too, I speak from experience. Best bagles for miles, and the coffee is top tier, not to mention the amazing staff!
