The most unprofessional establishment I’ve been to in awhile! The customer service here is nonexistent. Please don’t spend your hard earned money here if you expect to be treated with respect & like a human being. The staff is horrible & the manager/owner sits around and allows them to be this way.

It's been awhile since my last visit to The Bagel Cafe. I originate from Glen Cove. My wife and I have lived in Central New York for the past few years. To our delight, we found the food and service to be excellent. The gentleman who prepared our food was very kind. Upon learning that my wife was returning to visit family in Ukraine, he expressed a heartfelt sympathy for her and her native country. We were both deeply touched and remain very grateful for such a spontaneous and genuine expression of support.

It was 2:45 in the afternoon having lunch and the staff was sweeping dust all over the place as my lunch was open on the table. I am OCD and was extremely upset that I did not want the rest of my expensive supernova bagel deluxe meal.

My girlfriend went in the other morning to get a bagel. When she placed her order, the man behind the counter apparently couldn't hear her... So rather than saying excuse me, or I'm sorry I didn't hear you, he decided to mock her instead. Needless to say she left right then and there. We will never be returning and I suggest you seriously consider your options before traversing the hostile service environment that is long island bagel cafe. Absolutely foul.

All the workers are pleasurable & rarely get an order wrong. My things from there are. A b,e,c on a roll s,p,k. Half pound of macaroni salad & ham & Swiss on a roll with mayo lettuce tomatoes & red onion. Garlic bagel toasted with cream cheese. Coffee is awesome
