Got a few varieties of bagels, but ate a toasted whole wheat everything first. On the tough side and not very big (I'm spoiled by better bagels on LI). They only sell Tofutti cream cheese prepackaged, they don't have their own whipped.

Stood there for 5 minutes before someone asked if I was being helped, watched as employees chatted casually amongst themselves and completely passed over me to other customers that came after I did. When it was finally my turn, I was told by the person that finally did help me that it was my fault that I didn't let him know the drinks (that were right in front of me) were a part of the order, then was charged a random $4 for a drink that didn't come up in the register....

Stellar bagels. Hot, fresh and always delicious. Once I discovered this place I can’t stop going. The staff is always friendly and no matter what I order they always get it just right. I’ve been on the island for about 5 years now and am happy to have finally discovered a bagel spot where the price and quality meet hand in hand.
