Tonight I ordered for the 1st time from Lorenzo . As I just moved to the area pizza was ok but garlic knots burnt beyond burnt how in good name to you let something out of your kitchen like that and hard as a rock .. very disappointing for the amount paid for a pie and an order of garlic knots

I used to come all the time , now as in recently the pizza is just sub-par it is loaded with grease and oil just drips ofd. I HAVE HAD THE GREASY GREASE PIZZA from Lorenzos for the last timejust when they first opened and it was good to say the least.

Place was great when it opened. Hadn't had their pizza in 2 years. Have had it twice again recently. Just doesn't compare to how it used to be. No robust flavors just greasey bland pizza.

Takes over an hour for delivery. Pizza was cold. Asked for toppings on half a pizza, they sent two pizzas . One plain and the other with the topping which should have been on half the one pie. Charged $54 for two pies. Don't blame the driver. The owner is extremely rude. Their pizza may be good but they can't handle a simple order like half toppings on one pie. Beware of this place and be prepared for a LONG WAIT FOR DELIVERY (the establishment is less than 1 mile away from me).Edit: Regarding the second pie with the toppings on it. Mushrooms, onions and peppers were thrown onto an already cooked pie. All toppings were RAW. Raw onions, raw peppers and raw mushrooms. NOT cooked with the pie in the oven.Avoid this place at all costs. Even Dominoes is better than this place.

The food is always wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I always look forward to ordering food from here, which I do often!
We did not feel welcome. All other customers' tables were cleaned, water was served with lemon, hot bread with butter, while we didn't exist at all. So I asked what about us!? They gave me that puzzled look. I realized that this happened due to us ordering at the front instead of sitting down first, even we told them that we are staying and sitting down. That cost us with bad behavior of the staff towards us, imagine!? They hesitated to help me, but didn't hesitate to take the tip.
