Always a great time here. Wine selection is great and bites are paired well. Staff is friendly and very personable.

The food was great. Ambiaence was nice. I remember it was quite dark in there. Service was ok

The review gets 4 stars for the wine only. Service was okay. Food wasn't so great. it was like frozen/reheated appetizers. nothing seemed like it was fresh produce or healthy. Pasta was yummy but very salty.

The food was fine although inconsistent - the same dish - mussels in white wine varied tremendously. Our server was lovely, however the place could use a deep clean. The menus are crumpled and oil stained.

I wanted to like this place but to be completely disrespected in front of my face is not ok. The waitress/manager was outright flirting with my partner in front of my face the whole night, mind you we dined with a good friend and my 3 year old son. It was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. BEYOND disrespectful and un-called for. The note at the end is what put me at my wits end.

We had a small plates dinner with drinks on a Saturday night. We were initially worried because there were only a few people dining, but it picked up shortly after we were seated. Wines are the star - so many to choose of high quality by the glass. Wish they had more flights on the menu. I think the food was the biggest surprise. It was very good and it does not play second fiddle to the wine. Garlic shrimp had a nice kick; fried calamari was on point; and short rib sliders were tasty. Will definitely return for other plates and the charcuterie boards. One drawback was the service - while super friendly, we felt they let you sit a little too long before taking orders.

I hate to be that person…but I can’t give my experience here over a 3/5. First of all, it took almost an hour after we were seated to receive our appetizers. Then, when the entrees came, my fettuccine was the appetizer size and not the entree. The salmon was nice but $55 for one piece with a little bit of quinoa ? Absolutely insane. I have a lot of sympathy for servers but they clearly were very new and did not know how to properly run things. I honestly would not come back here. Very disappointing considering I was excited to dine here.

What a pleasant surprise! We went in a Monday night because we heard of their bottomless mussels on Mondays. Not knowing what to expect, we were thoroughly impressed. They offered 4 different flavors of mussels, I had one of each. They were all phenomenal, but the white wine garlic was my favorite. On Mondays they also offer half price bottles of wine, which was also a tremendous value due to them having a great wine list. Andrew was our server and he was excellent. His knowledge of the menu was impressive and the service was impeccable. Mondays at Meritagé will be a regular occurrence for us. I recommend it to anyone that loves mussels and wine.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. There are specials during the week and late night menu available. I went to a couple of wine tastings (from Chile, from Spain, etc) with delicious food from the area and interesting explanations on the wine production and totally recommend it!!! This place is a gem!

Meritage was great. Our waiter was super kind, very friendly, and helpful. The food was also amazing. I got the scallops, and it was such a wonderful dish. We got a couple of wine flights and a carafe of wine, and the selections were vast and very good. Overall a great evening out.

We had dinner on Wednesday for my little bother's birthday. The adults had the specials: the duck and the rabbit. The rabbit was very overcooked but flavorful. We ordered two plates of duck and the skin was not rendered well on either plate. Me and my husband had to spit out the skin. The sauce under the ducks was too sweet and a bit over reduced. The gnocchi was terribly dense! The flour ratio was too high and tasted like it didn't cook out enough. The sauce for the gnocchi was yummy though! Seems like whoever fired our ducks and the rabbit had a rough night in terms of execution. I'd try them again, since I live close, but maybe on a Friday or Saturday when chefs have enough covers to get into a groove. My brother thoroughly enjoyed his chicken cutlet pizza! We all tasted it and agreed that it was very well seasoned.

I love coming to this place. The drinks and food are delicious. I love getting a charcuterie board because you get the option to choose what cheeses and meats you get, which a majority of places don’t do that. It’s a very cute atmosphere and I’ve never had a bad experience here.
