OH MY GOODNESS NO WONDER THIS FRANCHISE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ... THE KID AT THE WINDOW GAVE ME MILK IN A SMALL ROUNG LITTLE CARD SOUP BOWL AFTER I HAD ASKED HIM FOR A CUP OF COFFEE WITH MILK ... THE BAGELS WERE JUST THROWN IN A BROWN PAPER BAG, LIKE TRASH !!! AND THE BAGELS WERE NOT COMPLETELY DONE .... THE DOUGH WAS STILL FRESH AND THE BILL WAS $11.56 .... CLEARLY NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GOING BACK ... NO WONDER THERE WAS NO LINE AT THE DRIVE THRU !!!! AT OUR LOCAL DUNKIN YOU HAVE A DRIVR THRU THAT GOES OUT INTO THE STREET !!!! AND THEIR SERVICE .... WOW ... AMAZING !!!!

I was really disappointed with my visit to Panera. The employees looked completely overworked and stressed, and the manager came across as pretty rude when I asked a simple question. On top of that, the food was subpar for the price — definitely not worth what I paid. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinions.
This location is tricky to review because service and quality seem to vary. The soups and pastries are consistently excellent, on par with other Panera locations. The main issue is that the ice machine has been out of order for a while. On my first interaction with one manager, he said there was ‘no ice in the restaurant’ and (as I recall) mentioned only ‘six cubes from his personal Darth Vader tray’; he also said the restaurant hadn’t had any ice for some time and seemed to dismiss my comment that I’d received a small amount just the day before. When I returned later that same day, there was (surprisingly) some ice, and when I asked about it he joked that it ‘fell from the sky’ instead of explaining the situation. That left me feeling brushed off, and the lack of ice often means sodas are warm and flat. On the other hand, other staff (including another manager I’ve dealt with) have been professional and personable, and past visits have been what I expect from Panera. Overall, I’ve averaged my experiences out to three stars.

Paid $8 for a smoothie that didnt taste good at all, was super tiny looked like a kids size drink and took forever for them to make. $8 in tbe garbage drinks are way too small.

I go here to study sometimes, and it’s great. The internet can be a bit iffy at times, but other than that, it’s a good environment. Plus, the library is right next door if you ever want to switch things up.
