I love the food here BUT the CUSTOMER SERVICE from the MORNING STAFF is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. They’re not welcoming, they seem upset to be working there. Every time you order more they make a face like “are you done?” Makes me not want to go back anymore. Very poor customer service

My husband and I had had very busy weeks and when I got home at 7:30 Sunday night we wanted to go to dinner. At someone's suggestion we went to Punto Rojo. We loved it. The salmon dinner was delicious as was the steak with avocado. Very generous portions. We brought desert home but haven't eaten it yet. The service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very clean. We will definitely be back.

The food here is top notch, pastries are great. Large variety of mouth watering cakes. La duena is great with customers and knows Colombian cuisine. I really like to support this business when I can, relaxed atmosphere and staff is excellent.

?*Keep in mind, this is just the rating of the empanadas.*? Okay.....Um, how come you guys keep mixing up the empanadas with meat and chicken?? I'm pretty sure that someone ate my chicken empanada, and I ate a beef one, now that I'm looking back....I'm personally allergic to beef, and I get stomachaches and headaches the night/day after whenever I eat beef.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Grabbed a few empanadas....chicken and beef. They had a ton of other flavors but wanted to try the basics. Girls at the counter were very nice, and the food was ready to go in the case. Solid fillings on these, beef had more flavor. The chicken had almost a chicken soup taste to it but was good. The pastry part had a nice crunch but soft on the inside. Pop a little hot sauce on and youre good to go! $2.50 each very good price wise.
