In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a cake pop. I received the cake pop quickly. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no coffee, I noticed several customers who arrived after me being served and leaving.

When I asked about my order, I was told it “didn’t go through.” While I understand errors happen, by then almost 20 minutes had passed. What made it worse was that my drink wasn’t...

The service is always unmatched. One of the best and most accommodating Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone takes pride in their work, and you can taste it. Gets busy on sundays and school breaks so plan accordingly.

The staff are everything at this location! Always warm and accommodating, they go above and beyond every time I’ve visited over the last couple of years (which is almost weekly). I feel like some of the crew here have been there for years - and their find connection to customers genuine. The coffee is often reliably brewed, unlike other locations where it can taste burnt and old; handcrafted beverages are always on point and if something is out of stock they’ll tell you...
