I use this store for about 10 years but after the renovation becom the most slow,sloppy and dirty. Most of the items out of stock , the coffee cup are coming with drips ,they are filled the cups way to much, people drop the garbage bare hand no protection glove drive shelf looks terrible dirty.. crew are so sad they don't like to interact with costumers sometimes you step inside and for minutes no one ask you anything..drive is a long long wait line 3 cars 20 min ....and after this they protesting for better rate .c' mon guys fix and improve your service and after this ask for more ..

It’s really frustrating to pay 7 dollars for a drink, ask for no foam, and for the barista to make more than half the drink foam. It’s almost like it’s on purpose.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but I was disappointed with my drink. For the price of such an expensive cup of coffee, I expect the cup to be filled to the top, not appear as though several sips have already been taken. In addition, the festive drink I ordered was not prepared according to how it is normally made, which took away from the experience. At these prices, both the preparation and presentation should consistently reflect the value. I hope this can be addressed going forward.

I will not be returning to this Starbucks. I’ve been multiple times the past week and each time my drink was messed up and I was made to feel like it was my fault, I am always polite and careful with how I order. Chrissy was extremely passive aggressive and unhelpful, made me feel like being a customer was a bother. Very very unprofessional.

Wouldn’t give me a free water cup I was dying of the heat I got a heatstroke they denied me water and I ended up in the hospital

Slowest Starbucks on the island. You can sit in line at the drive through for over ten minutes behind two cars. Guy who is usually at the window has a huge attitude, throws the card scanner at you.

Today on my break I ran into the supervisor Emily and I was not happy. I ordered an iced coffee with sweet cold foam and got an iced coffee with something else , she told me I “said it wrong” and need to be charged more for it. I’m sure I did not say anything but sweet cold foam ,but ok. I let it slide .. then she passive aggressively gives me my coffee with a slight eye roll like I did something wrong so I proceeded to say “ listen I have been in the food industry and you need to check yourself because you don’t know what people are going through”. She then points to the door and tells me “you can leave “ and runs to the back. Very unprofessional and rude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, people don’t want their days ruined from negative energy. Will never go here again. Get nicer staff, especially if it’s management.

Coffee was unacceptable today I received it not even mixed half milk on the bottom coffee on top, at this point I already know I had to investigate further, upon my not surprised the standard Vanilla Ice recipe was completely ruined. I ordered through the drive-thru so now I have to go out of my car after I park walk inside and get the sting remade, thank you Christine for remaking the coffee. Out of both times I received my drink they both seem a little light and low in ounces, I'm not going to reply about the 2nd coffee

I am very disappointed they left the 50% advertising for Holiday items. I picked 3 items and they told me that it is full price and they forgot to take the sign. Cashier run to the shelf and ripped all advertising. I asked for manager and they told me that manager is not available.
I canceled my order I am not going to do business with this store.
