I love the mini coffee cakes! You would never know they are gluten free! Moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Made with wholesome ingredients also which is THE most important to me. No preservatives, can freeze them and then just pop in microwave for a bit and voila! Fresh delish snack!

I won 2 boxes of the coffee cake. It arrived Christmas morning!! What a wonderful breakfast. My husband and I looked at each other because we live in Florida. It just tastes wonderful and we knew it came from New York. We are both from there. Thank You it was the best Christmas I have had in years!
