As standard as it gets in terms of taco bell and what it offers. The seating inside is huge so you will no problem finding a corner for yourself or a group of friends to chill and hangout. The drive thru is a different story all together. I had no problem adapting to its outdated and cracked pathways but I can see how it can turn any new customer away. The biggest concern is entrance and exit, especially the exit, because the entrance is through the drive thru line and the exit is a steep slope that has made my car grave the pavement at times. I have learned to circumnavigate all these problems but I always think about it every time I visit. IfParking: The parking lot where the drive thru sits on is beyond outdated and crumbling down. There are cracks, bumps, faded painted lines and no vision in terms of how a drive thru and parking lot should have been established whenever the store was built. If the parking/drive thru format is not fixed than I am afraid I often ask people to visit the taco bell in Greenvale which also offers KFC options. For Glen Cove/Sea Cliff residents, it a shame they have yet to fix the situation.
The take out crunchy tacos stick to the wrapper and cut taco in half, destroying it!!! Happens every time. And not just this taco bell. It's something corporate should know about, but I'm too busy to write the email or call. If this bothers you. Pls let them know about it if u can. Otherwise, this Taco bell is fantastic. They make items very well, and are friendly and helpful! 5 stars for them

The parking lot is going to break someones car. I like the old school theme inside. The service is very good. The prices are raised higher than normal. Other taco bells charge less. This is not an airport why should they charge more?

I love this place reminds me of the old taci bells before the change the only bad thing I have to say is when you leave the drive way coming in and leaving scrapes your cars front and back end or muffler if you have low car like a Toyota corolla ant type so be careful I either have to park on the street or not go back unfortunately not everyone can afford a truck or suv these days but service and food is amazingParking: Again beware of there parking lot and drive thru area leaving and going in if your car is not a suv or truck it will scrap the bottom leaving and coming in
Visited Taco Bell on Upper Glen Street on 10/3/23 at 1:30pm. I went through the drive thru and brought my food back to my desk at work, to eat. When I got to the 2nd to the last bite of my Enchilada Burrito, I chomped down on something hard and sharp. I pulled a chicken bone out of my mouth, and proceeded to ask my co-worker, who was sitting right beside me, what the heck was this????????? How DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY, AND DANGEROUS. Imagine if a child swallowed this and got it stuck in their throat? OR at a minimum broke a tooth or cut their mouth. Just gross.

Honestly. I really don't care if it's fast food or what. There is nothing better than a steak crunchwrap supreme. I get a coupla sides of nacho cheese and dip every bite. Freakin delicious. However, The prices are kinda gettin a little outta control over here. Costs me $14 a meal. But that's not taco bells fault. That's from having $15 minimum wage and ridiculous Inflation. So I can't fault them for raising prices. Damn it's been a couple days, think I'll be there for lunch. The servers are all friendly as well. One more thing, why did you take the gordita off the menu? We need that back asap.
