The food is incredible and the service is amazing. Glen Cove is lucky to have this restaurant here. It has a real small town feel with city quality food. My family had our repass here after funeral service. With so much going on, I called on short notice. I spoke with Fred and Jeanine. They were so awesome! My menu was the Asian salmon, chicken portobello, penne Ala vodka, along with salad, rice pilaf, and vegetables. With a fruit platter for dessert. The food was amazing!!! We couldn't get enough of the rice pilaf. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive to all the guest needs.There was not one complaint. We had a total of 17 guests, and all were happy. Now, to me, that's a huge compliment. Not to mention how detailed Fred was about everything. He responded immediately. Was patient and compassionate under the circumstances. Yes! I would highly recommend them for all your catering needs.
I've been coming to The View for over 7 years. Everything about this place is perfect - the food, the hardworking staff, and the view outside. I've had many great meals and memories with good friends here.

I've brought family and friends for dinner and lunch many, many times over the years. We've held several parties for numerous occasions. Most recently we had a graduation party and Jeanine and the staff could not have been more helpful. Everything went perfectly and the food was absolutely awesome. It's truly one of our favorite places to eat. During the day the view of the Long Island Sound is fantastic. Thanks Jeanine, you're a treasure.
The food was awful The waitress was nice and kept apologizing but being busy should not negate the quality of the food. You would be better staying home
