After ordering take out many times for slightly above average ramen we went here and was very underwhelming With no one in the resturant you would think the service would be great but it was frustrating slow and at times non-existent The ramen is good because it's close it not worth it if you have the time to go somewhere else

The food was ok but the wait was too long. There is only 1 other group of patrons. My friends and I sat for about 15 minutes before someone came to us with menus. And another 6 minutes for order. There are holes on the ceiling. I didn't have my phone to take pictures of, my friends were too shy to do it. Not sure what that is about.

Fast service. The pork buns were amazing!

Looking forward to never darkening this restaurant's doorstep again. These guys are clueless when it comes to customer service.

Just ordered the 3 roll lunch special for pickup.1. Salad was like 3 pieces of old iceberg lettuce, and super soggy. Container was not even 1/4 filled.2. I asked for utensils for pickup order—of course they only gave me chopsticks. No spoon for the soup, no fork for the salad.3. Spicy mayo sauce was like 1/4 full. Not enough for 1 roll let alone 3 rolls. Plus had a hair in it. Gross.4. Order was poorly packaged. Sauce leaked out into my car.5. Sushi wasn’t bad but tiny portions, tiny rolls. Not what you expect for sushi in the area.Overall very disappointed and would not recommend.

50 dollars for two orders of the worst (tasteless, tiny portion, overcooked) ramen on Long Island, including two salads of rotten lettuce. I know food isn’t a Long Island specialty but this is beyond.

I ordered online for lunch at 12pm when they opened and picked the earliest pick up time. I took my time walking over during my lunch break to pick up my food at 12:30pm. I enter the restaurant and no one is there and I almost walked into the kitchen for someone to acknowledge me. Someone came out and let me know my order had not been ready, despite my early ordering time because they came in late to open the restaurant aka delaying cooking time. He said he would give me a call back in 10 minutes and my lunch would be ready then. I didn't receive a call and I walked over again and my food was still not ready. I walked over a last time at 1:05pm for the food to still not be ready. Do not come here since the staff lacks any sense of time or consideration for their customers.

This is my and my girlfriends favorite place for ramen and even sushi. We come here so often and every time we leave so satisfied and craving more. We always get the Kani salad, then we either get the chicken katsu or steak ramen (always get the boiled egg as an add on) and alternate between what sushi we will share. Do yourself a favor and dine here.

This is a cute little hole in the wall, parking is municipal lot and street parking. Wasn't hard to find. Super friendly people, also it wasn't packed when we went around lunch time, on a Sunday. The buns we ordered were the Japanese fried chicken and the chashu bun which is the pork belly. Both were absolutely delicious. Perfectly crispy chicken and fluffy bao bun. My picky kid loved both of them as well. Also got shrimp tempura roll as an app, pretty good nothing fancy. We got the rib eye entree, but my son didn't like it, it came on a sizzling plate, I enjoyed it, flavorful. A bit small and the sides weren't much but filling for some reason, guess it was the veggies. Ordered the chicken katsu burger for him instead with French fries which were perfect shoestring and nicely seasoned. The burger was pretty delicious super crispy. Would love to come back here wish it wasn't so far from me. Definitely would be worth the travel.

We walked in and seated ourselves. A waitress eventually came and gave us 5 waters for 8 people. I asked for lemons, they didn't have any. We ordered Karage (Japanese fried chicken) it is generally served with lemons. It was ok. The ika karage (calamari) was also just ok, and super weird without lemon. The fried oyster was bleh. The dipping sauce for all was the same and not great. Appetizers were mediocre. There was 18 guests and one waitress she was clearly overwhelmed. The boss lady just sat there picking her nails. We also ordered some sushi and ramen. The steak ramen looked picture perfect however the soup base was entirely bland. Instagram friendly but not tongue friendly. It's like they forgot to salt the soup. The miso ramen was kind of missing miso.. the portions were fair but on the smaller side. It seems they used one broth for all their ramens. The chicken katsu over rice was great. The chicken was fried to perfection and the white rice was delicious. The sauce was on the side for dipping.

I work locally here and I wanted to explore my options in the neighborhood. I just say that I various amount of cuisine's that include Indian Asian Mexican Italian American bistro. However this place really hit the spot it was very warm and welcoming and their options were really affordable and nice. I was in the mood to get Bento boxes because I like options and I was looking for something that was late so I did order the Bento box it came with shrimp tempura a California roll it came with miso and a salad and dumplings. The only thing is that the dumplings are pork and I don't eat pork so that's why I kind of minus a star because I wasn't notified that it was going to be work. But other than that this establishment restaurant was really great it has some really authentic flavors I think the best part was that I was able to get such a great price for a Bento box. Will be coming back soon and telling all my coworkers about this hidden gem.
