RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Young brunette girl with attitude. My friend and I were taking our time to decide what to order, and the young girl with brown hair came up to us and asked “ ARE YOU GONNA GET SOMETHING OR NOT?? “ we left immediately. I can’t even review the food.

I hate writing these reviews. I really do. But I think I should get my point out there.

I've ordered from this place many times, as they are close to my job and generally deliver quick. However, the quality of the food has been steadily going down and I've been finding less and less meat on my wraps.

Still, in the last week-week and a half, I've ordered from them three times. All three times, I did not receive a straw. I called about it the last two times
First time, the girl who picked up said "sorry. I'll talk to my manager", then hung up. Never heard back. Then I just called again. Not even a "I'll talk to my manager" this time
Just an apology, that's it. I know it might come as a surprise, but it's hard to drink a smoothie without a straw. And these three times weren't even the first it's happened. They've forgotten straws and various parts of my order many times. I've never had any issues in their other locations.

Needless to say, I think I've given them enough chances. I'll find another spot to get a quick lunch delivered when I'm at work.

Meanwhile, maybe hire some competent employees who can get such a simple task as including a straw with a smoothie right.

I had just moved from CA where I owned and operated a health food cafe similar to this place. I was pregnant and was craving a smoothie so I decided to try them.Watching them make the smoothie, it was all concentrated juice, what looked like the consistency of canned fruit and at least half the blender was filled with ice. The guy missed the cup and poured it all over, back in the blender, then back in the cup and wiped it up with a dirty towel. It did not look appetizing to say the least.I then asked for a refund as I did not want the product purely from a quality standpoint. The supervisor on shift proceeded to argue with me saying she would have to text her boss and that she wasn’t going to do that.I left without a smoothie and without my money back. Not the experience I was hoping for and will never recommend this chain.

Every time I come here they are charging me a different price makes no sense .I’ve worked at different tropical smoothies myself & his logic behind on why he charges me makes no sense & I can’t sub açaí for ginger ? Be serious. The last time the other manager adjusted it and said that perfectly fine y’all need to get i together.
