Vito’s Ristorante & Pizzeria

Vito’s hosted our daughter and new son-in-law’s rehearsal luncheon- it was superb! First, all of the food was amazing! Main course served buffet style was all delicious! They went above and beyond with cute themed personalized menus and drink selections. The staff were a delight to work with. Nice atmosphere and semi private section for our large party. It was delightful- recommend for family dining and events!

Their food restaurant and service and delivery are excellent. This special for skirt steak mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables is extraordinary. They are a 10+.

I ate lunch with a colleague this afternoon. Baked clams had no flavor to them, no seasoning in the breading and served in a pool of vodka sauce, very small clams. The sausage and peppers were money, a good-sized portion with a very robust sauce. Side salad was very basic and served with a loose house dressing, good portion, however. House bread and herbed oil were amazing. Never asked if we wanted refills and didn't take plates off the table upon emptying them. We had to get our own forks, too.

No exaggeration to say this may be the best slice on the north shore. I have been coming here for years and it’s incredible. The spaghetti and meatballs tastes like it was made by a nonna in an Italian home kitchen

I’ve gotten pizza from Vito’s a few times but I finally sat at the restaurant in the back for dinner and I was not let down. The food is incredible and is served in large portions. I’m already planning what to have the next time I go!

I can not believe how this place and gone down hill. We called for delivery last night at 602 pm and was told 30-35 mins, which is perfectly acceptable! At the 1 hour mark, I called to find out where my order was and a young girl answered the phone, she said she was going to find out. I heard her take 2 additional phone orders and help someone at the counter. I hung up and called back and she put me the phone down again and the 2 mins hung up on me. So I called again, we are now at the 1 hr and 15 min mark and man answers the phone and proceeds to lie to me and say the driver stopped short and they had to remake the pizza and then hangs up on me. If that was the case, you have my phone number, why wouldnt you call to tell me. And i completely under they could have been overwhelmed but communication is key! Pizza arrives at the 90 min mark. When I look at the receipt that was left on the box the time in was 607 and time out was 710 total of 63 mins. When we opened the box the pizza was completely wrong. I'm not sure what is happening with this place but seeing as there is a pizza place on every corner in GC, I will tell you I will never order from there again. Completely disappointed in their customer service and the way they speak/treat paying customers.

Vito's is a one of a kind Italian dining experience! From the second you walk through the door, you feel welcomed by the awesome staff, almost like they are your family. The food really is unreal and I dream of the garlic knots - awesome seasonings! Whether you need a slice, or you need a spot to crack open a cold one and eat some pasta, Vitos is the place.
