Well for starters the cashier had a Nasty attitude. My burger was pink on the inside. My fries were cold. The soda machine was out of majority of half of their selections.

Honestly, I don't understand how the same fast-food restaurants taste so different from one another. Even with franchising I thought the recipe would be the same. I ordered chili fries. How can you mess that up! The fries were good, but the chili was horrible. It taste like jar spaghetti sauce. Unfortunately I could not eat it. I tired! Not to mention the customer service definitely need improvement. Maybe it was an off day, idk.

The woman taking orders at the drive up developed an attitude when I took too long to order. We then got push back when there were no straws in the bag for the frosty. Her colleague insisted she had put them in and we had to show her there weren't any straws in the bag. Poor service. The fries were also cold and there was no fork for my baconator fries.

We were offered a "chocolate chip" cookie for an extra 99 cents. We were given a cookie with ZERO CHOCOLATE CHIPS. WHY OFFER US A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE IF THEY DON'T HAVE ANY??

Disappointed that Wendys got rid of the grilled chicken sandwich. The grilled wrap is a poor replacement. Cubed chicken clunky lettuce is not good in a wrap. Very messy, no flavor, far cry from the grilled chicken sandwich. When is The Hot Honey Chicken coming back?! They created a fantastic sandwich and took it away. Very disappointed in Wendys lately.
