Food here is consistently good but not outstanding. An extra star could be given for consistency. The absolute best calamari you will ever have. Excellent French Onion soup and a good burger. Drinks are just ok but desserts choices are disappointing. Skip the affogato. Service similar to an Applebee's - it is a Tavern after all. We go here several times a year.

Heirloom is a cozy little tucked-away place you get the sense only the locals know about. It's a small, spirited restaurant with a great bar as you walk in and a fairly small but inviting dining room. Our server had an amazing sense of humor and was efficient, but do not expect especially quick service. The food is amazing. Paella thursdays! Tried the branzino tonight and it was delicious, as were my 2 sides. Hubby opted for ahi tuna burger tonight and enjoyed it as well. Although we didn't get the paella tonight, stuck with seafood theme and very happy! Bar was crowded tonight, so noise level was a bit elevated.
