Best Ralph’s staff on Longisland. Always happy to serve you. The best as always. My favorites are cookie craze. Jelly ring. Cookie dough and rainbow cookie. Get the large it’s just enough. I love this place every season

Gone down hill. Rude employees. Insanely expensive. Less than mediocre experience. Got a small ice the other day, barely gave me one scoop, girl working told me that’s all she could give me unless I wanted to pay more. I thought that the small was two scoops, and the child size was one scoop, so I guess they made the size smaller and upped the price from last year?

Absolutely artificial. Flavo and color additives, sugar, clumps of ice. No shade, had to wait under the scorching sun.
Excellent customer service. The ices are a bit pricy but are worth it! Will be coming back! Highly recommend.
